Cílem této diplomové práce je podat ucelený pohled na právní úpravu institutu pro mimosoudní řešení sporů ve finanční oblasti, kterým je finanční arbitr. The purpose of this thesis is to make a compact view of legal regulation of out-of-court complaint scheme in the area of financial services, which is the Financial Arbiter. It was established by Act No. 229/2002 Coll., on Financial Arbiter, effective on 1 January 2003, with the purpose to provide the consumers with protection in the area of financial services.
