Aggression in the workplace

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o šikaně na pracovišti – mobbingu. V první kapitole je popsána kultura a etika firmy. Pro lepší zasazení do kontextu je v druhé kapitole rozebrána agrese. Následuje kapitola, která popisuje různé formy sociálně patologického chování na pracovišti, tedy mobbing, bossing, staffing a další typy sociálně patologického chování na pracovišti. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola pojednávají o důsledcích a prevenci proti šikaně na pracovišti. V praktické části je za pomoci rozhovorů zkoumána otázka rozdílů ve vnímání šikany mezi nižším managementem a řadovými pracovníky ve vybraném podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with bullying in the workplace - mobbing. The first chapter describes the culture and ethics of the company. For a better context, aggression is discussed in the second chapter. The following chapter describes the various forms of socially pathological behavior in the workplace, ie mobbing, bossing, staffing and other types of socially pathological behavior in the workplace. The fourth and fifth chapters deal with the consequences and prevention of bullying in the workplace. In the practical part, with the help of interviews, the issue of differences in the perception of bullying between lower management and ordinary workers in a selected company is examined.
