Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou webové stránky vybrané cestovní kanceláře a její optimalizací. Cílem práce je analyzovat webovou stránku cestovní kanceláře Mayer & Crocus a podat návrhy na její optimalizaci. V teoretické části této práce je zmíněn vývoj webových stránek, dále současné možnosti systémů a online služeb určené k tvorbě webových stránek a seznam doprovodných systémů pro správu webových stránek cestovních kanceláří. V praktické části jsou objasněny základní nástroje využívané k analýze webových stránek a dále je provedena samotná analýza webové stránky zvolené cestovní kanceláře. Výzkum se zaměřuje na vlastnosti webové stránky a její design, návštěvnost a SEO optimalizaci. V této části jsou použity výzkumné metody, jako jsou komparace, syntéza, uživatelské testování a analýza. K celkové analýze byla využita odborná publikace zmiňující se o náležitostech webové stránky a dále online nástroje určující návštěvnost a sílu SEO webové stránky. K ověření použitelnosti webové stránky a jejího vnímání bylo provedeno uživatelské testování. Závěr práce obsahuje graficky znázorněný návrh nového vzhledu pro webovou stránku cestovní kanceláře a doporučení týkající se zlepšení její návštěvnosti a SEO optimalizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the chosen website of certain tour operator and its optimisation. The aim of the thesis is to analyse website of tour operator Mayer & Crocus and give proposals for its optimisation. In the theoretical part of this thesis the development of websites is mentioned just as present possibilities of systems and online services designated for creation of websites and the list of accompanying systems for administration of the tour operator’s website. In the practical part basic tools for the website analysis are clarified and then the analysis of the chosen tour operator’s website is executed as such. The research aims at characteristics and design of the website, number of visits and SEO optimisation. In this part comparison, synthesis, user testing and analysis as research methods were applied. For the whole analysis the professional publication of website’s requirements was used just as online tools for number of visits identification and power of SEO of the chosen website. For verification of website’s serviceability and its perception user testing was performed. The conclusion of the thesis contains graphic drafts of new design of the chosen tour operator’s website and the recommendation related to improvements of number of visits and SEO optimisation of the chosen website.
