Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem omylu v současné české trestněprávní teorii a úpravou omylu v novém návrhu trestního zákoníku. Vychází z historického vstupu a obsahuje i nastínění zahraničích úprav zkoumané problematiky.
Abstract:
This thesis aims to provide an overall analysis of the concept of error as recognized in contemporary Czech criminal law theory and changes introduced by the bill of the Penal Code. It also provides basic insight into the history and regulation of error in foreign legal orders.
