Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s problematikou ocenění za účelem stanovení pojistné hodnoty. Část práce je věnována vysvětlení pojmů, které se objevují v pojišťovnictví a zároveň také při ocenění. Následně pak jsou popsány používané metodiky a návrhy na jejich vylepšení. The goal of this bachelor thesis is introducing the issue of valuation with regard to the determination of the insurance value. Part of the thesis is dedicated to the terms explanation, which appear in the insurance sector as well as in the process of valuation.
