Tato diplomová práce shrnuje vybrané oblasti nové právní úpravy a analyzuje změny v prostředcích obrany účastníků stavebního řízení v porovnání s dosavadní právní úpravou. This thesis summarizes selected areas of the new legislation and analyses changes in the means of protection of parties to construction proceedings in comparison with the current legislation.
