Abstract:

This thesis aims to describe the modern Czechoslovak history from the time when both nations, the Czech and Slovak, first each separately and then joined side by side went on a common way of building independent democratic state and system of law, that pillars were not destroyed either fascism or lasting totalitarian regime. The goal was to highlight the development of the Czechoslovak State law and the emergence of first Czechoslovak Republic in 1939, when our co-existence was broken by the World War 2. This work is closin in a dramatic period of struggle for independence, the initial maturity of the modern nation and the threat of degradation to an insignificant ethnic group, which led to the surprising turnover - to a national and state autonomy. Building a modern state and its law clarifies chapter after chapter from the receptionist to the succession of devastation,which was reversing nullified much of what was built after the onset of fascism.

Abstract:

Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na opis československých moderných dejín od chvíľ, kedy oba národy, český a slovenský, najprv každý samostatne a zakrátko bok po boku vstúpili na spoločnú cestu budovania samostatného demokratického štátu, budovania právneho poriadku, ktorého piliere nezničil ani fašizmus, ani dlhotrvajúci totalitný režim. Cieľom práce bolo poukázať na vývoj československého práva a štátu od vzniku 1. Československej republiky do roku 1939, kedy naše spolužitie na čas pretrhla 2. svetová vojna. Práca približuje dramatické obdobia boja o samostatnosť, počiatočnú zrelosť moderného národa a hrozbu degradácie na nevýznamnú etnickú skupinu, ktoré viedli nakoniec k prekvapujúcemu obratu – k národnej a štátnej samostatnosti. Budovanie moderného štátu a jeho právneho poriadku objasňuje kapitola po kapitole od recepčného zákona až po nastúpenie ničivej devastácie, obracajúcej navnivoč mnohé z toho, čo bolo skôr vybudované, po nastúpenie fašizmu.
