Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vlastní výzkum na základě proniknutí do struktury trhu v oblasti získávání povolení k pobytu v České republice. Úvodem je čtenář seznámen se současnou podobou daného trhu. Praktická část popisuje existující formy černého trhu v oblasti získávání povolení k pobytu a kvantifikuje jejich náklady a míru, do níž jsou využívány. The diploma thesis focuses on personal research on penetration into the Czech Republic resident permit marketplace. In the introduction,the reader gets acquainted with the market's current situation.
