Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku nabytí vlastnického práva od nevlastníka, spojenou s prolomením principu „nemo plus iuris ad alium transferre potest quam ipse habet“. This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of acquisition of property right from a non-owner, associated with the breach of the principle "nemo plus iuris ad alium transferre potest quam ipse habet".
