Abstract:

Korupce a podvody jsou jednou z nejdůležitějších detailů, které brání rozvoji nejen konkrétního podnikatelského projektu nebo firmy, ale také ekonomiky země jako celku. Korupci lze interpretovat různými způsoby. Jednou z definic je zneužití funkce v zájmu osobního nebo někoho jiného. Důsledkem toho je nepřijatelné chování vůdců organizací. Korupce jednotlivých podniků ovlivňuje celkový růst ekonomiky v celé zemi. To je zvláště akutní v kazašských firmách. Po dlouhou dobu v Kazachstánu, tam byl autoritativní typ vlády, který vedl k rozvoji korupce, a také zmeškané příležitosti zavést demokratickou kolektivní mysli. Výsledkem je nízká úroveň ekonomiky v zemi. Hlavním účelem disertační práce bude analyzovat firmy a vedoucí pracovníky společnosti, kteří se podíleli na korupčních případech, a také najít efektivní řešení, jak zabránit rozsáhlým korupčním případům. K dosažení tohoto cíle disertační práce vyřeší následující úkoly: 1. Určete, jak korupce a další případy nežádoucího chování ovlivňují firmu a její progresivitu. 2. Analyzujte případy korupce ve státním a obchodním segmentu, stejně jako další závažné případy korupce v kazašských firmách. První část této práce se bude zabývat popisem studie pojmů a podstaty korupce, a to: dopad korupce na podnikání, proč korupce je obsažena v zemích, kde je forma vlády je diktatura. V druhé části, některé činnosti budou zkoumány, a to: Korupce a úplatkářství v Kazachstánu a dalších high-profil případy podvodu, analýzy firem a jejich top manažeři, ředitelé, kde byla odhalena korupce, hodnocení účinných protikorupčních postupů a jiné formy nežádoucího chování.

Abstract:

Corruption and fraud are one of the most important details that hinder the development of not only a specific business project or firm, but also the country's economy as a whole. Corruption can be interpreted in different ways. One of the definitions is abuse of office for the sake of personal or someone else's benefit. The consequence of this is the unacceptable behavior of leaders of organizations. Corruption of individual businesses affects the overall growth of the economy throughout the country. This is especially acute in Kazakhstani firms. For a long time in Kazakhstan there was an authoritarian type of government, which led to the development of corruption, and also missed opportunities to implement a democratic collective mind. The result is a low level of the economy in the country. The main purpose of the dissertation will be to analyze firms and company executives that have been involved in corruption cases, as well as to find effective solutions to prevent large-scale corruption cases. To achieve this goal, the dissertation will solve the following tasks: 1. Determine how corruption and other cases of undesirable behavior affect the firm and its progressiveness. 2. Analyze cases of corruption in the state and business segment, as well as other serious corruption cases in Kazakhstani firms. The first part of this thesis will deal with the description of the study of the concepts and essence of corruption, namely: the impact of corruption on business, why corruption is inherent in countries where the form of government is dictatorship. In the second part, certain activities will be studied, namely: Corruption and bribery in Kazakhstan and other high-profile cases of business fraud, analysis of the companies and their top managers, directors where were revealed corruption, evaluation of effective anti-corruption practices and other forms of undesirable behavior.
