Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zmapování, popis a interpretace zkušenosti dívek s diagnózou schizofrenie a jejich matek s tímto onemocněním. Sekundárním cílem práce je zachycení odborného hlediska psychologů, kteří se práci s dětmi a dospívajícími se schizofrenií dlouhodobě věnují a na základě něj sestrojit inventář doporučení pro rodiče dětí s tímto onemocněním. Praktickou část práce tvoří kvalitativně zaměřený výzkum. Typem výzkumu byla zvolena případová studie. Jako metoda analýzy dat byla využita interpretativní fenomenologická analýza (IPA). Data byla získána prostřednictvím interview s dívkami trpícími schizofrenií, jejich matkami a psychology pracujícími s pacienty se schizofrenií. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření vzešel model reprezentující tři klíčové faktory ovlivňující zvládnutí onemocnění - pochopení nemoci, přijetí nemoci a péče o nemocného. Pouze v případě, že se rodinám podaří skloubit citlivě všechny tři aspekty, mohou bez větších obtíží integrovat schizofrenní onemocnění do rodinného systému

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to map, describe and interpret an experience of girls diagnosed with a schizophrenia and their mothers with this disease. The secondary target of this diploma thesis is to capture professional point of view of psychologists who are long term focused on work with children and adolescents with a schizophrenia and based on it create inventory of recommendation for parents of children with this disease. The practical part of the work consists of qualitatively focused research. A case study was chosen as the type of research. Interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA) was used as a method of data analysis. The data were obtained through interviews with girls suffering from schizophrenia, their mothers and psychologists working with patients with schizophrenia. The results of the research resulted in a model representing three key factors influencing disease management - understanding the disease, accepting the disease and caring for the patient. Only if families can sensitively combine all three aspects can they easily integrate schizophrenia into the family system.
