Legal Remedies in the Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Cílem práce je shrnutí účelu opravných prostředků a průběhu opravného řízení. V práci jsou zahrnuty řádné i mimořádné opravné prostředky. Nastíněním této fakultativní části trestního řízení jsem se pokusil vyzdvihnout jeho význam, jenž spočívá zejména v ochraně zájmů osob zúčastněných na trestním řízení, zejména práva poškozeného.
Abstract:
The goal is a summary of the purpose of appeal and the appeal management. The work includes both regular and extraordinary remedies. Outlining the optional part of the proceedings, I tried highlight its importance, which lies in safeguarding the interests of particular persons involved in criminal proceedings, including the right victim.
