Tato práce se zabývá omezením autorského práva v případě soukromého rozmnožování v digitálním prostředí. Rozvoj technologií otevírá stále nové možnosti vytváření rozmnoženin, na které s obtížemi a zpožděním reaguje právní úprava. This thesis is focused on private coping exception in digital environment. Technological development relentlessly opens new possibilities for copying on which regulation reacts with difficulties and delay.
