Abstract:

Cílem projektu A.D.A.P.T. je sbírat tělesná a morfologická data o občanech České republiky z různých demografických skupin. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vytvořit webové rozhraní, které ulehčuje organizaci dat, zobrazuje náhledy modelů a poskytuje různé nástroje. Framework je vytvořen v Javascriptu a používá ThreeJS jako renderovací knihovnu. Kód webového rozhraní bude mít strukturu, která bude snadno rozšiřitelná, takže budoucí přidávání nástrojů bude co nejjednodušší. Dále popisuje implementované nástroje, konkrétněji nástroj, který měří euklidovskou vzdálenost mezi dvěma body a nástroj pro měření minimálních vzdáleností po povrchu. Z další části je vysvětlen algoritmus MMP, který řeší Diskrétní geodetický problém. Také jsme upravili tenhle algoritmus tak, aby místo Dijkstra používal A*.

Abstract:

The objective of the A.D.A.P.T project is to collect corporal and morphological data about citizens from the Czech Republic from various demographic groups. This bachelor thesis aims to create a web-based interface that easily organizes data, previews models, and provides various tools. The framework is created in Javascript and uses ThreeJS as a rendering library. The web interface code will have a structure that is easily modifiable and extendible, so the future addition of tools will be as easy as possible. Additionally, it describes the implemented tools, more specifically, a tool that measures the euclidian distance between two points, and a tool for measuring minimal distances on the surface. Another part of the thesis explains the MMP Algorithm that solves the Discrete Geodesic Problem. We also modified MMP to use A* instead of Dijkstra.
