Předmětem mé diplomové práce je transformace účetní závěrky společnosti Kovonax spol. s r. o. za rok 2003 sestavené dle českých účetních předpisů na závěrku sestavenou dle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví a vliv této transformace na finanční analýzu.
