Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vnitřním pokryvem křemenných kapilár, jelikož proteiny a jiné látky se nedostatečně separují i přes své teoreticky vhodné vlastnosti pro separaci kapilární elektroforézou. Tento jev je způsoben interakcemi (adsorpcemi) separovaných látek se stěnami kapilár. Tvorbou pokryvů se zabra- ňuje těmto interakcím a zvyšuje se tak účinnost separace. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with inner coating of quartz capillars, because proteins and other substances are insufciently separable, despite theirs theoretical suitable properties for separation by capillary electrophoresis. This phenomenon is cause by interactions (adsorptions) of separated substances with capillary walls. Creating a coating prevents these interactions and increases the efciency of …more
