Tato práce představuje Relikviář svatého Maura jako jedinečného zástupce tumbových schrán na území České republiky. Jsou zde představeny druhy relikviářů a nejstarší historie relikviáře v jeho domovském městě Florennes. Práce se zabývá osudem relikviáře v rukou rodiny Beaufort-Spontin a jeho poválečným osudem včetně nedávné historie a muzejní expozice jemu určené. V práci je také představena zlatnická …more
Abstract:
This work presents the Reliquary of Saint Maurus as a unique representative of tomb shrine in the Czech Republic. The types of reliquaries and the oldest history of the reliquary in his hometown of Florennes are presented here. The work deals with the fate of the reliquary in the hands of the Beaufort-Spontin family and its post-war fate including the recent history and the museum exhibition dedicated …more
