Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí kulové frézy značky SECO řady Jabro-Solid2 a následným zjišťováním tuhosti nástroje. V teoretické části je obecně popsáno frézování, řezné síly, tuhost nástroje a druhy frézovacích nástrojů. Praktická část je zaměřena na kon-strukci frézy v programu Catia V5 a zjištěním tuhosti pomocí pevnostní analýzy v programu Siemens NX 10.0. Tuhost kulové frézy je porovnána …more

This bachelor thesis deals with construction ball milling cutter brand SECO Jabro-Solid2 series and the subsequent discover of the stiffness of the tool. In the theoretical part is ge-nerally described milling, cutting forces, tool rigidity and types of milling cutters.
