Tato práce se zabývá sociálním fungováním kněží a řeholníků, kteří se rozhodli ukončit toto povolání v katolické církvi. Koncept se zabývá prostředím těchto osob, které definuje jistá očekávání a požadavky, podporami, které poskytuje a nakonec schopností těchto lidí na ně reagovat. This theses deals with social functioning of priests and religious who have decided to terminate the occupation of the Catholic Church. The concept deals with the „environment“ of these people, that defines certain expectations and requirements, „support“ it provides, and the „ability“ of these people to respond.
