Social Functioning of Persons after Termination of Priestly and Religious Occupation in the Catholic Church

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá sociálním fungováním kněží a řeholníků, kteří se rozhodli ukončit toto povolání v katolické církvi. Koncept se zabývá prostředím těchto osob, které definuje jistá očekávání a požadavky, podporami, které poskytuje a nakonec schopností těchto lidí na ně reagovat. V práci se budu zabývat jednak obdobím před ukončením tohoto povolání, v němž očekávám formování základních nerovnovah vedoucích k tomuto rozhodnutí, ale i po ukončení povolání, v němž zase může dojít k podstatným změnám ve fungování. Cílem této práce je zodpovědět, jaké existují nerovnováhy před i po ukončení tohoto povolání a navrhnout intervenci sociálního pracovníka v případě jejich řešení.

Abstract:

This theses deals with social functioning of priests and religious who have decided to terminate the occupation of the Catholic Church. The concept deals with the „environment“ of these people, that defines certain expectations and requirements, „support“ it provides, and the „ability“ of these people to respond. At work I examine both the period - before the end of the occupation, which I expect the formation of the fundamental imbalances leading to this decision, but even after the end of the occupation, which may lead to significant changes in whole functioning of this persons. The aim of this study is to answer what kind of imbalance exists before and after the termination of this occupation and propose interventions social worker in the event of their solutions.
