Market Assessment of AGV System Manufacturers

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou trhu s AGV a výberom vhodného modelu AGV pre výrobný podnik na základe preddefinovaných kritérií. Prvá časť poskytuje podrobný prehľad o typoch AGV, ich technických špecifikáciách a navigačných technológiách. Ďalšia časť sa venuje analýze globálneho trhu AGV s osobitným zameraním na český trh. Vpraktickej časti je predstavený grafický návrh výrobného závod fungujúcom na princípe Milk Run. Prostredníctvom multikriteriálneho hodnotenia je následne vybraný AGV ťahač, ktorý splňuje vymedzené podmienky. Práca prispieva k lepšiemu porozumeniu dynamiky trhu AGV a zároveň môže slúžiť pre potreby rozhodovania sa o implementácií AGV do výrobného prostredia.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the AGV market and the selection of a suitable AGV model for a manufacturing company based on predefined criteria. The first part provides a detailed overview of AGV types, their technical specifications and navigation technologies. The next part is devoted to the analysis of the global AGV market with a special focus on the Czech market. In the practical part, a graphic design of a production plant operating on the Milk Run principle is presented. Through a multi- criteria evaluation, an AGV tractor that meets the defined conditions is subsequently selected. The work contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of the AGV market and at the same time can serve the needs of decision-making about the implementation of AGV in the production environment.
