Rusko na přelomu 19. a 20. století procházelo řadou politických i hospodářských změn. Abstract:
At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries Russia was going through number of political and economic changes. Petr Arkadevic Stolypin undoubtedly belonged to the most significant figures during the reign of Mikulas II., the last Romanovec.
