Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá prvorepublikovou vilou postavenou v roce 1939 a objektem, který byl od roku 1544 využíván pro různé účely, aktuálně je vinárnou. Objekty se nachází v areálu Hradu Týnec nad Sázavou a spadají pod ochranné pásmo souboru nemovitých kulturních památek, areálu hradu, areálu kostela sv. Šimona a Judy, domu zv. U Micků a areálu továrny na kameninu v Týnci nad Sázavou. V práci se zabývám nejprve vytvořením pasportu k objektu. Vzhledem k tomu, že se projektová dokumentace nedochovala, je nutné vytvořit výkresy stávajícího stavu objektu. Dále se věnuji rekonstrukcí objektu. Objekt trpí v prvním podzemním podlaží vlhkostí zdí, která je důsledkem absence hydroizolace a šíří se do zdí z přilehlé zeminy. Je tedy nutná sanace. Také střešní krytina objektu pravděpodobně překročila svoji životnost a zatéká do ní. Z toho důvodu je zapotřebí předělat střešní krytinu i krov, ovšem s ohledem na památkovou péči, pod niž objekt spadá, je nutné zachovat co možná nejvíce původní tvar střechy. Nový návrh nemění využití objektu, pouze zvětšuje využitelné prostory v druhém nadzemním podlaží.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis entails a villa built during the First Republic in the year 1939 and a structure which has gone through many changes since the year 1544. Now it serves as a restaurant. Both objects are located in grounds of the castle Týnec nad Sázavou and are one of the protected buildings in Týnec nad Sázavou, the others being the castle grounds, the Church of Saint Simon and Jude, the house U Micků and the factory of Týnec earthenware. At first I create a passport of the object because the architect documents have been lost so it is necessary to draw the state the object is currently in. Then I focus on the reconstruction. There is a problem with damp walls in the first underground floor which is the result of nonexistent hydroisolation and gets in from the surrounding soil. Sanitation is therefore required. The roof tiling is old and leaks. That means the tiling has to be replaced and with it the roof trusses too. Yet it is imperative to not change the original roof shape because of the rules of the National Heritage Institute. This thesis does not alter the building´s use but it is supposed to increase the usable space in the first aboveground floor.
