The relations between the European Union budget, the state budget and municipal and regional budgets
Abstract:
Disertační práce je zaměřena na analýzu vztahů mezi rozpočtem Evropské unie, státním rozpočtem a rozpočty územních samosprávných celků. Důraz je kladen na praktickou aplikaci účinné právní úpravy a její hodnocení. Vztahy a vazby jsou tvořeny především dotacemi a rozpočtovým určením daní.
Abstract:
The relations between the European Union budget, the state budget and municipal and regional budgets are the subject matter of this dissertation. It involves subsidies and budgetary determination of taxes. Emphasis is placed on practical application of legislation and its evaluation.
