Práce se skládá z vysvětlení pojmu „Trestný čin“ spolu s analýzou trestných činů proti životnímu prostředí, které jsou upraveny v hlavě VIII zákona č. 40/2009 Sb. Trestního zákoníku, konkrétně ve zvláštní části. Po analýze bylo zjištěno, že některé paragrafy jsou zastaralé a měli by být novelizovány. Abstract:
The thesis consists of an explanation of the term "Criminal offense" of the analysis of crimes against the environment that are regulated in Chapter VIII of Act No. 40/2009 Coll. Criminal Code, specifically in a special section. After analysis, it was found that some paragraphs are outdated and should be amended. One such crime was Section 304 Poaching.
