Physiotherapy in client with hallux valgus deformity and changes in foot pressure

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo přispět k řešení problematiky volby vhodných fyzioterapeutických postupů, metod a konceptů u pacienta s diagnózou hallux valgus prostřednictvím zhodnocení změn v rozložení tlaků v plosce. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru a měření na přístrojích Footscan? a Kistler? v laboratoři pro studium pohybu byl navržen krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán zahrnující individuálně zvolené prvky z konceptů DNS, stabilizace HSS, ACT?, senzomotorika, Propriofoot?, BOSU? a FLOWIN?. Pacientka cvičila po dobu 10 týdnů ve dvou etapách. Jednou týdně probíhala terapie pod mým dohledem v délce přibližně 60 minut, po zbytek týdne se pacientka aktivně věnovala autoterapii. Výstupním kineziologickým rozborem se prokázalo, že zvolená terapie úspěšně ovlivnila stav patologie hallux valgus. Přístrojové měření prokázalo mírné změny v rozložení tlaků v plosce, ale bez jednoznačného výsledku. Na podkladě výsledků kineziologického rozboru byl sestaven dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to contribute to the solution of the choice of appropriate physiotherapeutic procedures, methods and concepts in patients with a diagnosis of hallux valgus by evaluating changes in the distribution of plantar pressure. Based on the initial kinesiological analysis and measurements on the Footscan? and Kistler? devices in the movement study laboratory, a short-term physiotherapy plan was designed including individually selected elements of concepts DNS, stabilization HSS, ACT?, sensorimotorics, Propriofoot?, BOSU? and FLOWIN?. The patient underwent therapy for 10 weeks in two stages. Once a week, the therapy was carried out under my supervision for approximately 60 minutes, and for the rest of the week, the patient was actively involved in autotherapy. The final kinesiological analysis showed that the chosen therapy successfully affected the pathology of hallux valgus. Instrumental measurement showed slight changes in the distribution of plantar preassure, but without a clear result. Based on the results of the kinesiological analysis, a long-term physiotherapy plan was compiled.
