Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektem „Optimální portfolio headcountu ve Skupině ČEZ“, který proběhl ve společnosti ČEZ, a. s. v roce 2007 s využitím poradenské podpory společnosti A.T.Kearney. HEFI navazoval na projekt VIZE 2008 a měl přispět k plnění cílů Skupiny z hlediska procesu dlouhodobého plánování, ve kterém je klíčovým komponentem plánování počtu pracovníků. Abstract:
The subjekt of this bachelor labour is the project „Hedcount Efficiency in ČEZ“, which was run in 2007 and has used the support of consultant company A.T.Kearney. HEFI was linked to another project called VIZE 2008. HEFI’s contribution is to insure achievement of the company goals in light of long-range planning process.
