Luminescence Study of the Compounds on the Ice Surface - Energy Transfer
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním quazilikvidní vrstvy za cílem zjistit rozložení nečistot na povrchu ledu. Pomocí luminiscenčních studií, přenosu energie zkoumáme chování molekul na povrchu ledu.Změrila se absorpční, emisní a excitační spektra jednotlivých látek. V experimentální části jsou jednotlivé spektra vyhodnocena pomocí Gaussových křivek. Sledovalo se zhášení biacetylu europiem.
Abstract:
This bachelors work is concentrated with studying of quasi-liquid layer on the ice surface. We used energy transfer to find out the distance between impurity molecules on the ice surface. By measuring excitation, emission and absorption spectrum of compounds with different concentrations of the acceptor, we can do a comparism of energy transfer efficiency and make some knowledge of quasiliquid layer …more
