Diploma thesis deals with Base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS). Main objective of this thesis is to introduce BEPS and its causes in form of tax and tax instruments. Thesis also focuses on OECD action plan which adopts measures to limit BEPS, international cases and types of dispute resolution in terms of BEPS.
