Cílem této diplomové práce byla analýza výuky politické geografie v rámci předmětu zeměpis na 2. stupni základní školy. Výzkum se zaměřil na popsání témat, jimiž se politická geografie zabývá, analýzu RVP ZV z hlediska možností edukace politické geografie a analýzu zdrojů (učebnice a elektronické zdroje) k výuce týkající se politické geografie.
