Non-profit organization and their role development

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na vybrané legislativní změny týkající se nestátního neziskového sektoru a jejich vybrané důsledky na fungování nestátních neziskových organizací. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje prostor v národním hospodářství, který je určen pro neziskový sektor a popisuje typy členění národního hospodářství. Druhá kapitola shrnuje historii neziskových aktivit v českých zemích od středověku až do pádu komunistického režimu v roce 1989. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje neziskový sektor a funkce organizací, které do sektoru patří. Čtvrtá kapitola shrnuje legislativní vývoj nestátních neziskového sektoru v posledních letech před rozdělením České a Slovenské republiky, a zároveň pojednává o podstatných novelizacích týkajících se neziskové sektoru v České republice. Poslední pátá kapitola analyzuje důležité legislativní změny a popisuje, jak tyto změny přímo ovlivnily neziskové organizace.

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to point to the selected legislative changes of the non-profit sector and their selected impacts on functioning of non-profit organizations. The thesis has 5 chapters. The first chapter of the thesis delimits space in the national economy that is identified for the non-profit sector and then describes the types of division of the national economy. The second chapter of the thesis recapitulates the history of the non-profit sector in the Czech lands from the Middle Ages to the fall of communism in 1989. The third chapter of the thesis characterizes the non-profit sector and the function of its organizations. The fourth chapter recapitulates the legislative development of the non-profit sector in the last years before Czechoslovakia split into two countries, and then the chapter deals with important novelizations of the Czech non-profit sector. The last chapter analyses important legislative changes and describes the way the changes directly affected the non-profit organizations.
