Abstract:
The thesis Transposition of MiFID into czech law describes main changes that will influence the regulation of czech capital market after the transposition of Markets in Financial Instruments Directive into czech law. The main emphasis is put on the changes in investment services, requirements on investment firms undertaking, client categorisation and alternative trading platforms.
