Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na měřicí systémy nepřímého fakturačního měření elektrické energie v distribučních soustavách pro napěťové hladiny nn, vn a vvn. V práci je uveden přehled legislativních a technických norem stanovující požadavky na fakturační měření, přehled systémů pro měření, princip a provedení elektroměrů a měřicích transformátorů. The thesis focuses on measuring the billing transformer measuring of electrical energy in distribution system for high and low level voltage. The thesis gives an overview of legislation and technical standards that prescribe the requirements on billing measurement.
