Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit nákupní chování spotřebitelů na internetu se zaměřením na roli jejich důvěry při nakupování šperků prostřednictvím internetu a poskytnout vhodná doporučení, která zvýší důvěru pro e-shop Aranys zabývající se prodejem šperků. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the buying behavior of consumers with the focus on the role of their trust when shopping jewelry on the Internet and find solutions as well as recommendations for the Aranys e-shop, which deals with jewelry selling.
