Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována tématu pojištění jaderných rizik. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou zvažovány principy odpovědnosti za škody způsobené jadernými událostmi, historie vzniku těchto principů. Byla provedena analýza promítnutí principů odpovědnosti za škodu, způsobenou jadernými událostmi, v české i mezinárodní legislativě a byly identifikovány problémy pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou jadernými událostmi. V teoretické části jsou také zvažovány světové a české jaderné pooly. Praktická část analyzuje hlavní velké jaderné havárie ve světě, jejich důsledky a také identifikuje problémy v zastaralosti současných mezinárodních smluv.

Abstract:

This work is devoted to the topic of nuclear risk insurance. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part considers the principles of liability for damage caused by nuclear events, the history of these principles. An analysis of the projection of the principles of liability for damage caused by nuclear events in Czech and international legislation was performed, and the problems of liability insurance for damage caused by nuclear events were identified. The theoretical and Czech nuclear pools are also considered in the theoretical part. The practical part analyzes the major major nuclear accidents in the world, their consequences and also identifies problems in the obsolescence of current international treaties.
