Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu hotelu. V první kapitole jsou zpracována teoretická východiska a podklady, které jsou podpůrnou částí pro zpracování analýz, které slouží ke zhodnocení projektu ve druhé kapitole a následně k vypracování podnikatelského plánu. Samotný plán, který tvoří třetí kapitolu práce, popisuje zákazníka, prostředí a produkt, strukturu projektu a proces jeho vzniku. Součástí je marketingový mix, prodejní strategie a finanční část projektu, která shrnuje strukturu nákladů od počáteční investice po zahájení provozu i s předpokladem přijmů a výdajů.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to make a business plan of a hotel in Prague. The first chapter is concentrated on the theoretical aspect of the business, which is a support for the elaboration of a business plan. The content of the second chapter is analytical and contains the methods used to clarify the positive and negative aspects of this business plan and to evaluate the project itself. The actual business plan, which is the third chapter, describes the structure of the project and process of its creation. As a part of it there are marketing and sales strategies, the product, environment and customers anaylsis. The conclusion is the financial analysis of the project with the estimation of initial costs and investments and future incomes.
