Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na příspěvek na péči a na jeho praktické využívání příjemci ve věku do 18 let žijícími na území správního obvodu Prahy 19. Teoretická část zahrnuje seznámení se základními pojmy jako je příspěvek na péči, sociální služby, druhy sociálních služeb a jejich stručná charakteristika. Dále přibližuje reakce rodičů na narození postiženého dítěte a vliv postižení na dítě, vysvětluje pojem neformální pečovatelé a úskalí, s jakým se musí tito lidé každodenně potýkat. Praktická část se zaměřuje na efektivitu využívání příspěvku na péči, na nabídku sociálních služeb a informovanost o těchto službách. Cílem práce je zjistit, na jaké sociální služby je příspěvek na péči využíván, zda je nabídka služeb dostatečná a pro příjemce příspěvku na péči finančně dostupná. Data jsou získána ze spisové dokumentace příjemců příspěvku na péči a dále pak prostřednictvím rozhovorů s rodiči dětí se zdravotním postižením. Pro dokreslení situace jsou v práci uvedeny dvě kazuistiky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the care allowance and its practical use for a recipient under the age of 18 years living in the zone of the administrative district of Prague 19. A theoretical part includes an introduction with basic terminologies such as the allowance paid for care, social services, the kinds of social services, and their brief characteristics. Then it describes parents reactions to the birth of a disabled child and the influence that disability has on the child, it explains who informal carers are and the situations that these people have to deal with every day. A practical part focuses on the effect of the use of an allowance paid for care, the provision of social services and how people are informed about such services. The aim of this thesis is to find out how allowances are used to pay for the various services available and if the provision of services is adequate and financially accessible for a recipient of care allowances. The data was obtained from documentation of recipients of care allowances and from interviews with parents of disabled children. There are two case studies included in this thesis to help understand the current situation.
