Abstract:

Number of page : 55 This bachelor thesis deals with the legality of decisions in administrative proceedings. The first chapter descibes the legislation of the administrative proceedings, administrative proceedings and the parties during the administrative procedure. The second chapter defines and analyzes the elements of decision. The third chapter describes the administration of justice and forms of administrative control courts. In the last chapter is a practical example – examing the legality of administrative decision by the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic.

Prvá kapitola popisuje právnu úpravu správneho konania, subjekty správneho konania a priebeh správneho konania. Druhá kapitola definuje a analyzuje náležitosti rozhodnutia. V tretej kapitole popisujem správne súdnictvo a formy kontroly správnych súdov. V poslednej kapitole uvádzam praktický príklad - preskúmanie zákonnosti rozhodnutia správneho orgánu Najvyšším súdom Slovenskej republiky.
