Comparison of rehabilitation programs for patients with different hand pathologies: clinical case

Abstract:

Adults very often suffer from inflammatory diseases of the tendons, such as trigger finger and De Quervain's syndrome. In this type of disease, the tendon structures of the hand tend to become chronically inflamed due to their anatomy and this inflammation causes pain and limits the use of the hand. In less severe cases, you can start with a conservative treatment that involves the use of a brace that will be worn only at night and will allow for moderate inflammation

Gli adulti soffrono molto spesso di patologie infiammatorie a carico dei tendini, come per esempio il?dito a scatto?e la?sindrome di De Quervain. In questa tipologia di malattie, le strutture tendinee della mano tendono ad infiammarsi in maniera cronica a causa della loro anatomia e tale infiammazione provoca dolore e limita l'uso della mano.?In casi meno gravi, si pu? cominciare con un?trattamento conservativo che prevede l'utilizzo di un tutore che sar? indossato solo di notte e permetter? di moderare l'infiammazione
