Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem orálního zdraví a jeho souvislostí s celkovými onemocněními. Práce popisuje složení orálního mikrobiomu v době postižení dutiny ústní, a to zejména při zánětu parodontu, který může dále ovlivňovat organismus člověka. The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of oral health and its connection with general diseases. The work describes the composition of the oral microbiome at the time of disease, especially in periodontitis, which can further affect the human body.
