Abstract:

Práce se zabývá způsoby zvládání přechodu ze zaměstnání do důchodu u pedagogů středních škol. Text je strukturován do dvou částí, přičemž první část je teoretická a druhá empirická. V teoretické části definuji pojmy stárnutí, stáří, odchod do důchodu, starobní důchod a věkovou hranici odchodu do důchodu. Následně se zabývám profesí učitele, uvádím charakteristiky profese, kvalitu učitele, profesní standard a popisuji profesní identitu učitelů. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na postavení středních škol v českém vzdělávacím systému. Empirická část se věnuje představení výsledků provedených rozhovorů s respondenty, výzkum je prováděn kvalitativní metodou. Cílem empirické části je zjistit a popsat jaké jsou způsoby zvládání přechodu ze zaměstnání do důchodu u pedagogů středních škol.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with ways of managing the changes of higher secondary school teachers’ employment to retirement. The text is divided into two parts, the first part is theoretical and the second part is empirical. In the theoretical part I define the terms such as aging, an old age, retirement and age retirement. Then I deal with the profession of a teacher. I give the characteristics of the profession. I also mention quality of the teacher, the professional standard and the vocational indetity. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the position of higher secondary schools in the Czech educational system. The empirical part introduces the results of interviews with respondents. The research is carried out by the qualitative method. The aim of the empirical part is to find out and describe the ways of managing the changeover from the secondary school teachers’ employment to retirement.
