Evaluation of technical parameters of brake systems cars

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rešerší technických parametrů brzdových systémů. V úvodu je zachycena podstata a požadavky brzdných systémů vozidel. Zabývá se popisem systémů provozních brzd osobních vozidel. Popisuje konstrukční řešení třecí bubnové a třecí kotoučové brzdy. Dále vysvětluje funkci vzduchotlaké soustavy provozních brzd u nákladních vozidel. V další části se věnuje systémům odlehčovacích brzd pro nákladní vozidla. Popisuje konstrukci a podstaty regulace protiblokovacího systému ABS, elektronického stabilizačního programu ESP a protiprokluzového systému ASR. V závěru vyhodnocuje brzdné zkoušky vozidla na válcové zkušebně brzd.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the research of technical parameters of brakes systems. The introduction covers the essence and requirements of vehicle braking systems. It deals with the description of service brake systems of passenger vehicles. Describes the design solution of friction drum and disc brakes. It also explains the function of the airpressure service brake system in trucks. In the next part, it deals with brake relief systems for trucks. It describes the design and essence of the regulation of the anti-lock braking system ABS, the electronic stability program ESP and the traction control ASR. At the end, he evaluates the vehicle's brake tests at the brake cylinder testing room.
