Judicial Review of Amnesty
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je soudní přezkum amnestie. Za tímto účelem je proveden rozbor relevantní judikatury týkající se vyhlášených amnestií, a to judikatury Evropského soudu pro lidská práva, Meziamerického soudu pro lidská práva a též národních soudů. The subject of the diploma thesis is the judicial review of amnesty. For this purpose there is introduced an analysis of the relevant case law about institute of amnesty of the European Court of Human Rights, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and also the national courts.
