Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá situací ekonomicky spřízněné skupiny firem. V práci je popsáno chování a reakce ESSK firem v oblasti stavebnictví v období ekonomické recese. Jsou zde rozebrány kroky, vedoucí k udržení firem na trhu v krizovém období. Práce se také zabývá restrukturalizací ESSK, možnostmi snižování nákkladů a diverzifikací rizika.
