Mobbing - its occurrence, symptoms and solutions
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výskytu, projevů a řešení mobbingu. Jejím cílem je na základě teoretického zpracování východisek mobbingu zrealizovat analýzu jeho výskytu v podmínkách tří společností a navrhnout jim doporučení a vhodné postupy, jak tomuto problému předcházet, respektive, jak jej řešit.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the incidence, symptoms and solutions for mobbing. Its objective is based on a theoretical treatment of mobbing starting to realize an analysis of its occurrence in terms of three companies and propose recommendations to the appropriate procedures to prevent this problem, or how to solve it.
