Polymorphisms of candidate genes for schizophrenia and retinal morphology measured by OCT
Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je asociační studie, která zkoumá vztah mezi rs2146323 polymorfismem genu VEGFA a etiologií schizofrenie a potenciální vliv tohoto polymorfismu na morfologické abnormality sítnice schizofrenních pacientů.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on a case-control study investigating a potential relationship between the rs2146323 polymorphism of VEGFA gene and schizophrenia etiology and possible infulence of this polymorphism on the abnormal retinal morphology of schizophrenia patients.
