Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou služeb ve veřejné přepravě osob. Cílem je zhodnotit kvalitu služeb Dopravního podniku hl. m. Prahy, a. s. z hlediska zákazníků identifikací problémů s ní spojených a navrhnout její možné zlepšení vyřešením problémů. This Bachelor's thesis deals with the quality of public transport services. The aim is to assess the quality of services of The Prague Public Transit Co. Inc., by the means of identification of the problems associated with it from the customers'point of view and to suggest a possible improvement through solving problems.
