Tato diplomová práce podává přehled osmi místních poplatků, jež mohou obce na svých územích zavádět obecně závaznými vyhláškami. This diploma thesis provides an overview of eight local taxes that municipalities can introduce in their territories by the generally binding decrees. The thesis analyzes the system of local fees, including evaluation of legal regulation, it offers a view of the theme from the substantive and procedural part.
