Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá informováním cestujících při vzniklých mimořádnostech v tramvajové dopravě. Teoretická část seznamuje s mimořádnými událostmi, požadavky na dopravní informace a zastávkovým informačním systémem. Praktická část věnuje pozornost představení podniku, tramvajové dopravě, dopravním nehodám v souvislosti s jednotlivými formami sdělení při mimořádnostech. Cílem návrhového řešení je zajistit pohodlí cestujícího a jeho nároky na požadované informace a tím zvýšit celkovou kvalitu veřejné služby.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of informing the traveling public during extraordinary conditions traffic trams. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces the extraordinary conditions, requirements of traffic information and with stop information systém. Practical part then pays attention to the introduce company, tram transport, traffic accidents in connection with individual forms of communication in extraordinary situations. The aim of the design solution is to ensure the comfort of the passenger and his claims to the required information, thereby increasing the overall quality of the public service.
