Needs of a woman in the puerperium

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou potřeb ženy v šestinedělí. Cílem je sledování potřeb jedné ženy při kontinuální péči během těhotenství, porodu i šestinedělí a jakým způsobem byly či nebyly tyto potřeby uspokojeny. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Úvod teoretické části je věnován průběhu fyziologického těhotenství a porodu. Dalšími uváděnými tématy jsou šestinedělí, změny v těle šestinedělky, psychosociální změny u žen v šestinedělí a klasifikace potřeb. Závěr je zaměřen na adaptační model dle Royové, který je využit v praktické části. V této části práce jsou popsány i zásady péče porodní asistentky v průběhu těhotenství, porodu i šestinedělí. Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Zaměřuje se na ženu, která byla sledována celou dobu těhotenství, v průběhu porodu i v období šestinedělí.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the needs of a woman in the puerperium. The aim is to monitor the needs of one woman in continuous care during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium and how these needs were or were not satisfied. The work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The introduction of the theoretical part is devoted to the course of physiological pregnancy and childbirth. Other topics are the puerperium, changes in the body of the puerpera, psychosocical changes of women in the puerperium and the classification of needs. The conclusion is focused on Roy’s adaptation model, which is used in the practical part. This part of the thesis also describes the principles of care of midwives during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium. The practical part is processed in the form of a case history. It focuses on a woman who has been monitored throughout her pregnancy, during childbirth and during the puerperium.
